Christmas Tree Requirements

• Customer must provide the Christmas tree.

• Tree must be fully assembled and fluffed before the appointment.

• Pre‑lit trees must have working lights prior to our arrival.

• If lights are out, the customer may need to replace the tree for the season.

• Customers must supply any ladders needed for decorating.

Holiday Styling Rescheduling Policy

If a tree is not assembled, not fluffed, or has non‑working lights at the time of the appointment, the session may be cancelled or rescheduled and a fee may apply. See General Policy Page.

Décor Handling

We treat your décor with care. However, Social Lawn Co is not responsible for damage to ornaments or décor items that are fragile, aged, or structurally loose.

Holiday Décor Shopping

Shopping fees apply to sourcing ornaments, ribbon, florals, picks, and specialty items. Fee: $45–$75 per hour + cost of items. All purchased décor is non‑returnable once used or opened.

Tree Setup & Fluffing

Tree setup and fluffing are optional add‑on services and are not included in standard styling.

Setup: $45–$150 Fluffing: $35–$175

Tree Take‑Down & Organization

Tree take‑down and décor organization are separate services.

Take‑Down: $75–$200

Organization: $35–$75 per hour (Customer must provide storage bins.)
