Staffing recommendations are based on décor volume, installation needs, event size, and overall complexity. Final staffing will be confirmed during booking.

Many services include design preparation, Cricut work, custom décor creation, pre‑assembly, packing, loading, and on‑site adjustments. These steps ensure your event looks intentional and beautifully executed. Pricing reflects both on‑site labor and the creative preparation required to bring your vision to life.

TABLE SERVICES

Table Setup (Labor Only)

For hosts who simply need an elegant helping hand to place items and bring order to their table setting. You provide the décor — we provide the professional touch.

Includes:

  • Placement of plates, cups, napkins, utensils

  • Arranging décor items as directed

  • Basic table assembly (no styling decisions)

Price: $25 per person, per table

Staffing: May be completed by one team member unless multiple tables or heavier items require additional support.

Basic Table Styling Package

Perfect for small gatherings, simple themes, or hosts who want a cohesive, styled table using décor they already own.

Includes:

  • Styling using customer‑provided décor

  • Curated placement of runners, cloths, centerpieces, risers, serveware

  • Light styling touches to elevate your existing items

Dessert Table Styling

  • Styling of customer‑provided desserts, stands, trays, risers

  • Curated placement for height, balance, and visual flow

  • Arrangement of signage, labels, and themed décor

  • Light staging to create a cohesive, photo‑ready presentation

  • Optional integration of custom Cricut labels or tags (additional fee)

Balloon Garland

We partner with a trusted balloon artist to provide custom balloon garlands for your event. Social Lawn Co may assist with creation or installation when needed to ensure your event setup runs smoothly.
