How We Care for Your Décor

Our stylers use professional tools to ensure your tree looks polished while keeping your ornaments safe. We work gently with fragile items and always aim to preserve and reuse your décor year after year.

Tools we use during styling include:

• Floral wire for secure placement

• Hot glue (only when needed for older or loose ornaments)

• Aprons and styling kits

• Scissors and wire cutters

• A vacuum cleaner to tidy up after styling

We treat your décor with care and respect, and we always clean up our workspace before leaving.

Shopping for You

If you prefer a fresh look or need additional décor, we can shop for everything you need for an additional fee. We source items that match your style, color palette, and budget.

Tree Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment:

• Customer provides the Christmas tree

• Tree must be fully assembled and fluffed (branches shaped) before our arrival

• If your tree is pre‑lit, please check the lights beforehand to ensure everything is working properly to avoid rescheduling or cancellation fees

  • If lights are out, you may need to replace the tree for the season

• Customers must supply ladders needed for decorating

• Sorting and grouping décor by type or theme

• Wrapping fragile items

• Packing everything into customer‑provided storage bins

• Labeling of storage bins
