Love planning your own celebrations but don’t want to handle every detail on event day? Social Lawn Co. provides hands-on setup and styling support using the decor, supplies and party pieces you’ve already selected.
From setting tables and assembling decor to styling displays and getting your space guest ready, we’re here to take some of the work off your plate while keeping your vision center.
Styling Minimum
A $150 minimum applies to on-site DIY Host Setup & Styling services. The minimum helps cover scheduling, local travel, base labor and event-day set up time. Custom event design, sourcing, rental inventory and purchased materials are not included unless specifically listed in your proposal.
TABLE SERVICES
All table styling services are priced per table (starting at) and are added on top of the Event Styling Minimum.
Table Setup
For hosts who already know exactly where everything goes and simply need help setting the table.
Includes placement of client provided plates, cups, napkins, utensils and decor according to your instructions. No styling or design decisions are included.
Price: $25 per table
Customer‑Provided Tablescape Styling
Have all the pieces but need help making them look polished and cohesive? We’ll style your table using client- provided decor and make the placement and finishing decisions for you.
Includes styling if linens, runners, centerpieces, florals, risers, serve ware and decor; thoughtful layering and placement; and photo ready finishing touches.
Price: $65 per table
Dessert Table Styling
You provide the treats, stands, trays, signage and deor— we’ll turn them into a polished photo-ready display.
Includes arrangement of client- provided items, height and balance styling, signage placement and finishing touches.
Price: Starting at $55
Custom labels, vinyl or specialty pieces may be added for an additional fee
Event-Day Setup Support
Need an extra set of experienced hands before guests arrive? We’ll help bring your already-planned event together using your decor, supplies and setup plan.
Support may include decor placement, setup of client-provided items, light styling, display setup and general event-space preparation
Price: $85 per hour
DIY Décor Assembly
Bought it but don’t want to build it? we’ll assemble select client-provided party decor so its ready for your celebration.
May include backdrop frames, centerpieces, signage, simple floral pieces and other purchased decor.
Assembly must be reviewed in advance to confirm the item(s) and estimated setup time.
Price: $65 per hour
Outdoor Party Setup Support
Backyard celebrations and larger installations may require additional setup support for tables, chairs, games, shade structures, decor and other event elements.
Projects requiring additional crew, specialty equipment or extended setup time are quoted based on event scope.
Post-Event Teardown & Organization
Enjoy your event without worrying abut putting everything back together afterward. We’ll organize client-provided decor and pack items into your provided bins or containers.
Price: Starting at $75 per hour
