Game Rental Policies

This summary highlights key policies for your convenience. It does not replace the full Rental & Design Services Agreement, which governs your booking in full.

These policies apply to all game rentals and game packages.

• Delivery: Delivery & pickup included within Rockwall County.

• Outdoor Use: Games may be used outdoors unless weather conditions are unsafe.

• Inflatable Soccer Darts:

  • Must remain plugged in during use.

  • Requires a flat, safe setup area.

  • Customer responsible for supervising children during play.

• Lost Pieces: Missing balls, darts, axes, or game pieces may incur replacement fees. If replacement of parts is not available, full replacement cost of game will apply

• Weather Restrictions: High winds or storms may require cancellation or rescheduling.

• Setup Expectations: Inflatable setup is included. Other games are placed in the designated area but not fully styled unless requested.
