Foam Board Cutout Policies

These policies apply specifically to Foam Board Cutout rentals and custom orders.

Care & Handling

• Foam board cutouts must be handled with care — do not bend, fold, drag, or press against sharp edges.

• Cutouts must remain upright and supported; they are not freestanding unless a stand is provided.

• Do not place cutouts where guests may sit, lean, or climb.

Indoor & Outdoor Use

• Foam board cutouts are indoor‑only or covered outdoor use.

• They cannot be placed in direct rain, wind, or on wet ground.

• Life‑size cutouts require a stable, flat surface and may need additional support depending on design.

Weather Restrictions

• Foam board cannot be exposed to moisture, high wind, or extreme heat.

• If weather prevents safe setup, Social Lawn Co will offer an indoor alternative or a complimentary reschedule (subject to availability).

• Refunds are not issued for weather‑related cancellations.

Placement Requirements

• Client must ensure the setup area is clear and accessible at the scheduled time.

• Cutouts may not be placed near open flames, heaters, or high‑traffic areas where they may be knocked over.

• Some cutouts may require wall support or weighted bases depending on size.

Licensed Artwork Policy

• Social Lawn Co cannot print copyrighted characters (Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Nickelodeon, etc.) unless licensed artwork is provided by the client or purchased through an approved vendor.

• A licensed artwork fee of $25–$45 per character applies to all officially licensed files.

• Non‑licensed alternatives (silhouettes, themed shapes, inspired designs) are always available.

Damage & Replacement

• Foam board is susceptible to dents, creases, scratches, and moisture damage.

• Any damage beyond normal wear‑and‑tear will incur replacement fees.

• Missing cutouts or stands will be charged at full replacement value.

Custom Orders

• Custom foam board designs are non‑refundable once production begins.

• Client is responsible for approving artwork before printing.

• Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
